Responsibilities

Front Desk Administrative Assistant

Serve as the first point of contact by greeting all incoming candidates, guests, and clients. You will also provide valuable administrative support to all ALTRES departments by being the gatekeeper for incoming phone calls, emails, mail, and general inquiries. This role requires someone who is great with frequent face-to-face customer interaction.

Payroll Administrative Assistant

This role will assist with a high volume of payroll processing and delivering and help clients over the phone and email with all their payroll-related questions. In order to be a successful Payroll Administrative Assistant, you will need a strong eye for detail and be able to multi-task and work at a fast pace.

Industrial Administrative Assistant

If you love working with people and providing outstanding customer service, this is the role for you! You will have lots of face-to-face interaction with our Industrial applicants and employees. This role will assist through the application process, screen applicants, schedule interviews, and help employees with any questions they may have.
