General Office Clerk (195064-4)

Large local company is in need of a General Office Clerk to assist their Customer Relations Department. You will provide valuable support by performing clerical duties such as answering phones, distributing mail, and handling printing and filing. We're looking for team players who can keep up in a fast-moving environment.

This position will start as soon as possible and go for at least 3 months with the possibility of extension.


Full-time, 7:30am - 4:00pm


Downtown, Honolulu, Oahu


$15 an hour


  • Answer incoming phone calls, forward calls and take accurate messages.
  • Distribute incoming mail.
  • Print, copy, and scan documents.
  • Maintain an up-to-date filing system of all paperwork.
  • Handle other duties as needed.


  • Previous general office experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fast-paced work ethic.
  • Good organizational skills.
