- Assist with paperwork processing.
- Input data into the system.
- Scan, copy, and fax documents.
- Adjust format of company correspondence.
- Direct and assist injured workers.
- Answer phone calls.
- Process outgoing mail.
- Assist manager and adjusters as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Insurance experience is preferred.
- Computer literate.
- Understanding of Microsoft Word.
- Skills in written and verbal communication.
- Organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Time management and multi-tasking abilities.
