Seeking a part-time General Office Clerk for a local business in the Sand Island Area. Duties will include answering phones and emails, providing customer service, and preparing customer invoices. Candidates must have a great work initiative with a strong willingness to learn and grow in their career!

Pay$14 an hour
- Answer phones, take accurate messages, and forward calls as needed.
- Provide a high level of customer service, handle email quotations and assist customers with inquiries.
- Prepare customer invoices (will receive invoicing training).
- Assist with other tasks as assigned.
- Must have basic office experience.
- Good computer literacy with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Effective verbal and written communication with excellent phone etiquette.
- Great work initiative with a strong willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Organized, detail and deadline oriented.
