Seeking a friendly and professional individual for a full-time Receptionist position near the Honolulu Airport. This is a great opportunity for someone who is customer service oriented and enjoys high amounts of interaction with other people. As the Receptionist for this medical supply company, you will be tasked with answering a high volume of phone calls, filing documents, and assisting with all office related duties.
HoursFull-time, Monday - Friday, 35-40 hours/week
LocationAirport Area, Honolulu, Oahu
Pay$14 an hour
- Answer and direct telephone calls.
- Take and relay messages in an accurate and timely manner.
- Maintain an accurate filing system of all documents.
- Perform basic data entry.
- Handle other tasks and projects as assigned.
- Previous office/administrative or customer service experience.
- Friendly and professional phone etiquette.
- Must be customer service oriented and appropriately resolve customer inquiries and issues.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Great work initiative and reliability.
Parking not provided but ample street parking available.
