Beat the rush hour traffic to town! We are filling a full-time position with a top construction company in Kapolei. You should have a strong understanding of accounting procedures and processes and have strong proficiency in QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare and process new invoices.
  • Carry out billing, collection, and reporting activities.
  • Research and resolve any payment issues or discrepancies.
  • Keep track of tax payments alongside Accountant.
  • Generate financial reports.
  • Verify vacation and sick day accruals and submit employee data to HR.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous accounting or billing experience.
  • Construction background a plus.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks.
  • Great at multi-tasking and meeting deadlines.
  • Sharp eye for detail and accuracy.
