Seeking an Administrative Assistant with strong Microsoft Excel skills for an opening with a reputable petroleum company. In this role, you will provide general office support to the team and handle a variety of administrative tasks such as answering phones, distributing mail, handling correspondences, and generating and distributing reports. - Prior administrative/office experience preferred.
- Knowledge of petroleum products a plus.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Excel with knowledge of pivot tables.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
