Responsibilities
- Processing payroll
- Preparing general ledger entries
- Monitoring accounts payable and receivable to ensure all payments are processed accurately
- Reconciling accounts as needed
- Compiling financial reports
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Performing other duties as needed
Qualifications
- Degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field
- Working knowledge of accounting software (i.e. Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, Sage 50, etc.)
- Knowledge of GAAP (Generally accepted accounting principles)
- Excellent analytical skills with a sharp eye for detail
- Good organizational and multi-tasking skills
