Pay$14 to $20 an hour
- Answer telephone, forward phone calls, and take accurate messages.
- Assist with the administration of various projects including but not limited to writing correspondences, generating reports, scheduling meetings, running errands and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Learn backend processes such as billing, procurement, and basic financials.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Handle general office tasks such as printing, copying, and filing.
- Entry to mid-level administrative experience.
- Great interpersonal abilities with strong communication skills.
- Highly detail and deadline oriented.
- Strong organization and prioritization skills.
- Motivated to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
