If you have strong Microsoft Office skills and are highly detail-oriented, this is your opportunity! A small team in Honolulu that processes and manages medical claims is looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to join their team.

In this role, you will assist with daily tasks related to medical claims and invoice billing. In order to turn claims into a billable format, you will be required to navigate through case data, match invoices, attach them to files, and generate bills—therefore strong computer skills are crucial. Full-time, Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

  • Prior administrative experience preferred.
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to type at least 50 wpm.
  • Must be detail-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work with confidential information.
