Pay$16 an hour
- Plan team meetings on a monthly basis, including providing directions, coordinating speakers, and ensuring logistics are taken care of.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain office supply inventory and reorder as needed
- Deliver and transport supplies and materials between offices
- Assist with minor computer issues and escalate issues as needed.
- Create spreadsheets, reports, and floor schedules.
- Process various forms, applications, and paperwork as needed.
- Assist with various office related tasks, including answering phones, printing, filing, faxing, etc.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of administrative support experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to easily move from task to task
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Must be tech-savvy
- Valid driver's license
