This company is seeking a part-time Receptionist to help manage their front desk as well as handle heavy administrative work.
HoursPart-time, flexible schedule with the possibility of taking on additional hours
LocationKalihi, Honolulu, Oahu
Pay$18 an hour
- Greet and welcome incoming guests and clients.
- Answer phone calls and provide assistance to callers.
- Perform heavy data entry and assist with back logged records.
- Carry out a wide range of administrative related duties including filing, faxing, copying, scanning, etc.
- Previous reception and/or administrative work experience required.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required.
- Able to deliver excellent customer service.
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
Parking is not provided, but street parking is available.
