LocationAirport Area, Honolulu, Oahu
Pay$15 an hour
- Handle incoming inquiries by email, phone, and fax.
- Notify customers of product availability by phone or email.
- Coordinate and file paperwork between warehouse personnel, customers, and truckers.
- Match delivery tickets and picks when completed.
- Issue pallet credit slips.
- Fax or email completed warehouse receipts to various customers.
- Prepare labels for storage customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Previous office experience.
- Good computer literacy and working knowledge using Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, multitasking and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with different levels of management.
- Ability to commit to the entire length of the assignment.
