Front Office Receptionist is needed to serve as the first point of contact for a CPA firm in Aiea. This position will be tasked with answering phones, scheduling appointments, and collating paperwork for client files. This firm is willing to work around a flexible schedule outside of tax season and parking is provided!
This position will be 19 hours a week and is flexible to work around your schedule from Monday to Friday. Saturdays are optional during tax season. Apply today!

Pay$15 to $18 an hour
- Answer phones and respond to questions.
- Schedule appointments.
- Create client folders and files.
- Scan and index documents in the computer system.
- Call clients to remind them of appointments.
- Assist with client correspondences
- Perform a variety of data entry.
- Strong organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Available to work a few Saturdays during tax season if needed.
- Ability to multi-task.
