Office Support Clerk (196968-04)

Well-known local company is in need of an Office Support Clerk to temporarily assist their customer installation department.

This is a full-time opening that expected to last anywhere from 3 to 4 months. We are looking for candidates who can start ASAP and commit for the entire length of the assignment.

Hours

Full-time, 7:30am-4:00pm

Location

Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$14 to $15 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review customer correspondence letters.
  • Enter billing information into computer system.
  • File, scan, and maintain customer service request documents.
  • Order and maintain office supplies.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to start ASAP and commit for the full duration of the assignment.
  • Must be able to type minimum 45 WPM.
  • Organized with good attention to detail.
  • Strong computer literacy.
  • Previous office/admin experience preferred
