Financial planning office in Honolulu needs a temporary Administrative Assistant to help ease their heavy workload while one of their employees is on a leave of absence.
This is an immediate opening, so we're looking for candidates who can start ASAP. Parking is provided!
HoursFull-time, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay$15 an hour
- Answer high volume of incoming phone calls.
- Provide assistance to callers.
- Prepare large volumes of documents to be mailed out.
- Assist with other general administrative tasks as needed.
- Previous administrative experience required.
- Able to handle high volume, fast paced work environment.
- Must be able to start ASAP.
- Must have good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle competing priorities.
