Senior Construction Project Engineer / Manager

Seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for a small to medium sized general contractor. The Project Manager will lead various projects for state and city public work contracts in Honolulu.

To successfully oversee projects from inception to completion, we're seeking someone with at least ten years experience, an engineering degree and previous construction experience. The position may require travel throughout the State of Hawaii for various projects.

Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday 7:00am-4:00pm (some flexibility)

Pay

$100,000 to $150,000 a year, negotiable depending on experience

Qualifications

• College degree in engineering or construction management required.
• Minimum 10 years of industry experience. Experience in Civil and underground utility highly preferred.
• Valid driver's license to drive to and from job sites (contingent upon offer, clean abstract is required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Offce (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Bluebeam or Adobe Acrobat required.
• Familiar in Microsoft Project, AutoCAD preferred.
• Familiar with layout and surveying preferred.
• USACE/NAVFAC CQCM certification is a plus.
• Must possess valid driver's license.
• Contingent upon offer, applicant must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.
