Marine Diesel Technician (101197)
We're looking for Marine Diesel Tech for a full-time opportunity! If you have experience working on diesel engines, we want to hear from you as soon as possible!
Hours
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm (may need to work on weekends occasionally)Location
Kailua-Kona, Big IslandPay
$30 an hourResponsibilities
- Run diagnostics on engines and equipment to determine the need for repairs or adjustments.
- Perform major and specialized mechanical overhaul and repair work on marine diesel engines, transmissions, and generators.
- Perform preventative maintenance.
- Fill out service reports.
Qualifications
- Must have diesel tech/diesel mechanic experience.
- Marine Diesel Certification is highly preferred.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs alone and 100lbs with assistance.
- Must be comfortable working in tight, low-laying, and hot spaces.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
