Revit Project Manager (Architecture)

Revit Project Manager needed for a full-time position with a reputable firm in Honolulu. The Project Manager will be responsible for the architectural development and completion of various residential and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of architectural design experience with proficiency using Revit, be driven, and be capable of successfully working on complex projects with multiple individuals.

Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday

Location

Downtown, Honolulu, Oahu

Responsibilities

• Engage in all aspects of architectural design from project inception through completion.
• Compile information and graphics for project proposals.
• Coordinate activities with consultants, contractors, and engineers.
• Prepare necessary project documentation incl. preparing complete permit-ready document sets for submittal to local jurisdictions.
• Supervise and lead work employees.
• Adhere to project timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in the architectural design field.
• LEED AP and/or Hawaii architecture license is highly preferred.
• Must be highly organized and able to juggle multiple projects.
• Proficiency with Revit software required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel is a must.
• Good written and verbal communication skills required.
• Experience with SketchUp, Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
