Housekeeper / Laundry Worker

Work in Windward Oahu! A medical facility in Kaneohe is looking for someone to assist temporarily with their laundry and housekeeping duties.

For this role, you will handle all the cleaning from washing linens to polishing mirrors.

Previous housekeeping experience is required.

Hours

Full-time, Sunday, Tuesday, and Saturday, 5:00am-1:30pm; Monday and Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm

Location

Kaneohe, Oahu

Pay

$16 an hour

Responsibilities

• Collect, wash, and dry linens, clothing, and other materials.
• Inspect linens and other materials for tears.
• Clean and maintain the restroom, wellness center, dining hall, lanai, and basement.
• Disinfect equipment, walls, floors, windows, and other surfaces.
• Polish sinks, mirrors, and showers.
• Report supply and equipment needs to supervisor.
• Empty rubbish bins.

Qualifications

• Must have prior housekeeping experience.
• Ability to carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• 2-step TB clearance.
• Covid-19 vaccination required by client for this position. This is not an ALTRES Staffing requirement.
