Call Center Representative

A local credit union is looking for someone to join their team as a full-time Call Center Representative. As the Call Center Representative, you will be in charge of answering phone calls and messages, promoting products and services, assisting members with questions, and meeting sales goals. Responsibilities

• Promote products and services to meet sales goals.
• Answer phone calls and take/relay messages.
• Assist members with information about their accounts.
• Provide information related to new account products and related services.
• Provide information related to loan products and related services.
• Perform non-cash related teller transactions and completes applicable forms and documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school graduate/GED equivalent with 6 months customer service experience in a financial institution.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess high level of customer service skills.
• Possess strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) and organizational skills.
• Possess logical thinking and good judgment skills.
