- Provide customer service in person, via phone, and through mail.
- Provide a variety of paying and receiving functions for members.
- Assist with transactions and other credit union services.
- Process member transactions involving cash, checks, and negotiable instruments.
- Process changes of names, addresses, and other account information as needed to update files.
- Actively seek opportunities to cross sell appropriate and applicable products and services.
- Disburse cash or check share withdrawals in person, by phone, or by mail.
- Receive share deposits and loan payments and process the transactions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school graduate/GED equivalent with 6 months cash handling experience.
- Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of credit union operations and procedures.
