Hours

Full-time, 3:00pm-11:00pm or 4:00pm-12:00am. Must be available to work various days of the week.

Pay

$25 an hour

Responsibilities

Prep workstation before service starts.
Ensure all food is stored at proper temperatures.
Check food inventory and re-order as necessary.
Break down station at the end of service.

Qualifications

Prior sushi chef experience required.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Reliable and punctual.
