Customer Service / Warehouse

Do you have warehouse experience and enjoy helping customers? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! A dynamic pool supplier is looking for a service-motivated candidate to join their team in Kailua-Kona. Prior forklift experience, to assist with pulling orders, is a huge plus but not required.

Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm

Location

Kailua-Kona, Big Island

Pay

$18 to $20 an hour

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product and service inquiries over the phone and in person.
• Use computer and distribution software to check part numbers, stock amounts, create orders and invoice customers.
• Process customer orders and invoices.
• Pull supplies in the warehouse to fulfill customer orders.
• Operate a forklift to load and unload materials into delivery trucks.
• Assist with other receiving/shipping and warehouse duties.

Qualifications

• Great customer service skills required.
• Must be able to lift 50-75lbs.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Forklift experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license required.
