Our client is seeking an Admin Assistant to join their construction firm. Client is willing to provide training, making this a great opportunity to grow your career and build your skill-sets!

You will be in charge of administrative and receptionist duties such as answering phones, greeting visitors and monitoring and ordering office supplies.

Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm or 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay

$16 to $20 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Greet and communicate with incoming guests.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and relay messages.
  • Monitor and re-order office supplies.
  • Print, copy, scan and file documents.
  • Perform bookkeeping duties.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous receptionist experience helpful but not required.
  • Previous bookkeeping experience required.
  • Strong time management and attention to detail skills.
  • Team player with a willingness to learn.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized.
  • Motivated, hardworking, dependable, trustworthy.
