Our client, a local office supply company, is seeking an experienced Customer Service Rep to join their team. You will be responsible for quoting customers, sourcing products, placing orders, following up with customers, providing product information to customers and staff, communicating restocking fees, and receiving payments.

- Answer phones, transfer calls and take/relay messages.
- Receive and process customer phone, fax and e-mail orders.
- Arrange order returns.
- Attend sales meetings as needed.
- Perform data entry.
- Receive customer complaints, including research and corrective action plan.
- Quote customers upon request.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required.
- Undergraduate degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience with customer service.
- Experience in the print or paper industry is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge in print room supplies (inks, coating, chemicals, etc.) highly preferred.
- Strong communication (verbal, written and interpersonal) skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
