Our client is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join their team and assist with maintaining and analyzing client and prospect data, assisting with analysis and reporting needs, and maintaining the CRM database. The qualified candidate will have their bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field, a minimum of 2 years' experience in database management or analytics, and previous experience working with Salesforce.
This is a full-time position with the possibility of remote work after one year. Subsidized parking available.

$60,000 to $65,000 a yearResponsibilities
- Identify new sources of data and methods to improve data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Coordinate new data development, ensuring consistency and integration with existing data warehouse structure.
- Responsible for the design, maintenance, enhancement, and administration of CRM databases.
- Responsible for CRM security including user account management, role permissions, and data backup.
- Facilitate data uploads of new and updated client and prospect data.
- Collect requirements, determine technical issues, and design reports to meet additional data analysis needs.
- Maintain Salesforce Customer Relationship (CRM) database.
- Create targeted prospecting lists for sales team directed by overall market opportunity analysis.
- Create targeted retention lists for account management.
- Prepare or review relevant interdepartmental monthly, quarterly, and annual business reports for quality assurance.
- Review business requests for data and data usage, and research sources for new and better data feeds.
- Execute and build Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports for growth and retention.
- Analyze and determine information needs and elements, data relationships and attributes, data flow, data output, and reporting capabilities.
- Execute the delivery of data-driven recommendations relevant to growth and retention initiatives.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts in enhancing performance and providing increased functionality.
- Ensure data governance, compliance and integrity within Salesforce and other areas as applicable.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in database management, data analytics or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Previous experience working with Salesforce Customer Relationship Managment (CRM) software.
- Proficient in analytics and data management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication (written, verbal, interpersonal) skills.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Motivated, detail oriented and willing to learn.
