Luxury vacation residence company is seeking an experienced housekeeping professional to join their Kona team as an Executive Housekeeper. In this role, you will oversee the housekeeping department ensuring quality and care exceeds owner and guest expectations by performing daily inspections of the property, common areas, and work areas. You will also assist with managing staff, inventory, operations and budgets.

  • Oversee housekeeping department.
  • Develop maximum profits through cost and labor control.
  • Ensure consistent quality that exceeds owner and guest expectations to maximize revenue and unit inventory growth.
  • Monitor and achieve guest and owner satisfaction.
  • Perform daily inspection of property/units, common areas and work areas.
  • Responsible for storage, inventory and distribution of linens, cleaning supplies and resale items.
  • Perform related duties as needed.


  • Minimum 2 years prior hospitality management experience required, management experience at a four or five-diamond property preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED required, bachelor's degree desirable.
  • Minimum 3 years housekeeping experience.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
  • Reliable, team player, hard working.
  • Ability to carry, push, and pull up to 50lbs.
  • Ability to stand for extended period of time.
  • Ability to move constantly, reach with hands or arms, balance, stoop, bend, and twist.
