Our client is seeking a General Office Clerk to tackle the day-to-day operations of their nursing home. You will be responsible for answering phone calls, data entry, handling mail, and screening visitors entering the facility.

Hours
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pmLocation
Honolulu, OahuResponsibilities
- Answer phone calls and relay messages.
- File, copy, fax, and scan documents.
- Perform data entry.
- Accept, process, and deliver mail.
- Screen visitors entering the facility.
- Log visitor information.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and 10-panel drug screen.
- Ability to obtain TB clearance.
- COVID-19 vaccination required by client for this position. This is not an ALTRES Staffing requirement.
