Aiea, Oahu Part-time $18 an hour

A healthcare company in Aiea is looking for a Part-time Accounting Clerk to assist them for approximately 3-4 months, possibly longer.

The ideal candidate will have accounting education. Work experience is a plus but not required.

Hours

Part-time, Monday to Friday, 20 hours/week between 8:00am and 5:00pm

Location

Aiea, Oahu

Pay

$18 an hour

Responsibilities

Reconcile statements and accounts.
Process invoices.
Audit accounts for discrepancies and research and resolve errors.
Maintain accurate spreadsheets as needed.
Accurately enter information into system.
Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications

Previously accounting experience or education preferred. Candidates with accounting education but no experience will be considered.
Reliable, detail oriented and organized.
Comfortable with computers.
Strong math, analytical and data entry skills.
Covid-19 vaccination required by client for this position.
