Honolulu, Oahu Part-time $16 to $18 an hour

A local health food store in Honolulu is seeking a tech savvy candidate to assist their HR team on a part-time basis. The duration of this job assignment will be for approximately 2 months with the possibility of extension. Duties of this job include updating Excel reports and helping the company transition to new programs and software.

Qualified candidates must have previous administrative experience and be tech savvy.

Hours

Part-time, 2-3 days/week between M-F, 8:00am-2:00pm (tentative)

Pay

$16 to $18 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Assist with updating existing Excel reports.
  • Assist with transitioning to a new 401(k) program, as well as a new performance evaluation software.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • HR experience not required but must have previous administrative experience.
  • Proficient with computer software, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to learn new computer programs quickly.
  • Reliable and hardworking.
  • Ability to start ASAP and commit for at least 2 months.
