$85,000 to $90,000 a yearResponsibilities
- Oversee housekeeping department and assign daily tasks and projects.
- Complete payroll, billings, and other accounting documentation in a timely manner.
- Handle billing of inspections, deep cleaning, supplies, and equipment.
- Receive daily inspection checklists and schedule annual preventative maintenance for each residence.
- Maintain knowledge of housekeeping standards.
- Ensure a safe work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school degree or GED required.
- Must have a valid Hawaii driver’s license.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours and days, including weekends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to type 50+ words per minute.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication (written, verbal, interpersonal) skills.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Reliable, team player, and hardworking.
- Must be able to carry, lift, push and pull a minimum of 40 lbs.
