Seeking a full-time Training and Development Coordinator for a credit union in Kailua-Kona. This role plans, designs, organizes, and delivers training for credit union’s management, employees and volunteers.

Trainings can range from topics such as new hire orientation, sales, safety procedures, and computer programs.

  • Develop training schedules for management, staff and volunteers.
  • Develop and deliver new hire orientation program.
  • Present periodic training sessions on member services, sales, safety, procedures and the computer system.
  • Observe training procedures, keep record of them, and make an analysis on any improvements needed.
  • Ensure all training procedures are up to date.


  • High school graduate/GED equivalent with 3 years of previous experience.
  • Business school graduate of an accredited community college with 2 years of previous training experience.
  • Ability to stay organized and detail oriented.
  • Ability to multi-task.
