Our client is seeking an accounting professional to assist their Accounts Payable department for a duration of 1 year with the possibility of extension.

The ideal candidate will have general clerical experience and be highly motivated to learn.

Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 6:30am-3:00pm or 7:00am-3:30pm (30 min lunch)

Location

Downtown, Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$16 to $18 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Receive invoice documents.
  • Check for completeness of information on invoices.
  • Process invoice documents for payment processing.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must have general clerical experience.
  • Previous billing or accounting experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Proficiency with 10-key and ability to type 45 WPM accurately.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
  • Analytical, detail oriented, and organized.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
