Our client is seeking a motivated individual to join their team as a Project Coordinator and assist with day-to-day tasks on the work site. In this role, you will work closely with the Project Management team to provide support for various client projects.

Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (Occasional weekends and holidays as needed)

Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$21 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Work efficiently and effectively with all internal and external parties.
  • Provide daily updates of jobs to the Project Management team.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, project planning, and project completion.
  • Work alongside the Project Management team on work site visits.
  • Adhere to specific site PPE gear, rules and regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Knowledgeable with Smartsheet.
  • Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
  • Detail oriented, problem solver, dependable, and quick learner.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and multitask.
  • Ability to work individually and in a team setting.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
  • Must be able to drive personal vehicle or company vehicle to work sites.
  • Must clear background for Base and DOD passes.
