Our client is seeking an accounting professional to join their team as an Accounting Manager. In this role, you will be in charge of processing payroll, reconciling bank and credit card statements, and preparing credit references.

Qualified candidates will have their bachelor's degree and 5 years of accounting experience with at least 2 being a supervisor.

Pay

$66,000 to $75,000 a year

Responsibilities

  • Process semi-monthly payroll.
  • Reconcile monthly bank and credit card statements.
  • Reconcile and analyze scheduled accounts with general ledger.
  • Prepare credit references for vendors and/or new suppliers.
  • Supervise and review the accounting procedures of the company.
  • Post vehicle sales.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
  • 5 years of accounting experience with at least 2 years as a supervisor.
  • CPA designation is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remain productive.
  • Ability to multitask, work with accuracy and meet deadlines.
