Local company seeking a high-level Customer Service Rep for remote call center and data entry work. The day-to-day duties of this role will include answering and directing phone calls to the correct department. Candidates will need to be familiar with navigating computer programs, possess previous customer service experience and the ability to speak and communicate professionally.
At this time, this position is open to Oahu residents only. You must also have your own laptop or computer, ability to use Chrome, a quiet place to work, reliable internet connection, and a headset.
Laptop or computer must meet the following requirements:
- Processor: 11th Gen Intel i7 Processor equivalent or better
- RAM: 8GB minimum
- Processor: M1 Pro or better
- RAM: 8 GB min
- Laptops purchased after 2018
HoursFull-time, Monday to Friday, 7:45am-4:30pm
Pay$16 to $20 an hour
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Prior customer service experience.
- Excellent listening skills and an empathetic voice and manner.
- Highly communicative and able to articulate and write well.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong WiFi connection with reliable laptop/computer.
- Able to pass state/federal background check.
