A local law firm is looking for an Intake Specialist to present their firm's information and options to new clients with the objective of the client retaining the firm for representation. In this role, you will screen new clients, schedule meetings, and answer all inquiries.

$60,000 a yearResponsibilities
- Meet and greet clients that come into the office.
- Answer all incoming inquires by phone, web chat and text.
- Screen new clients that meet case selection criteria.
- Send welcome packages to all new clients.
- Enter new client information into database.
- Schedule meetings/calls with new clients and assigned attorney.
- Schedule all reminder texts/emails for clients.
- Prepare and send documents to new clients.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 3 years of previous sales experience.
- Previous law firm experience a plus, but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
- Positive attitude with good customer service skills.
