Our client is seeking a highly qualified individual to join their team as a Senior Recruiting Specialist. This position will be responsible for company-wide recruiting efforts and improving recruiting strategies using a data-driven focus.

Qualified candidates will have their bachelor's degree and 3 years of previous recruitment experience.

Pay

$65,000 to $85,000 a year

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve talent sourcing strategies.
• Conduct full cycle recruiting (post, source, prescreen, schedule, background check, reference check, offer, HR onboarding, etc.)
• Develop position specific marketing strategies.
• Maintain effective relationships within the organization and the hiring community.
• Keep abreast of starting compensation and salary ranges.
• Consult with managers and supervisors, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
• Supervise the HR Coordinator and assist with HR administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources management or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment and employee relations.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP or PHR or SPHR Certification preferred.
• ATS experience preferred
• Knowledge of general human resource practices, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to serve all locations (possible neighbor islands) as needed.
• Valid driver's license.
