Our client is seeking a customer service-oriented individual to assist with answering phone calls, greeting customers, and handling all mail duties.
Work schedule will include Saturday and Sunday.
- Iwilei: Likely to be off Monday and Tuesday
- Salt Lake: Likely to be off Tuesday and Wednesday

Pay
$16 to $18 an hourResponsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers.
- Answer incoming phone calls.
- Handle all cash, check, and credit card transactions.
- Handle all mail duties.
- Maintain cleanliness of office, bathrooms, and parking area.
- Contact customers with outstanding balances.
- Prepare sales and inventory reports.
- Attend events as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Ability to work on weekends.
- Motivated, hardworking, dependable.
