Our client is seeking a customer service-oriented individual to assist with answering phone calls, greeting customers, and handling all mail duties.

Work schedule will include Saturday and Sunday.

  • Iwilei: Likely to be off Monday and Tuesday
  • Salt Lake: Likely to be off Tuesday and Wednesday

Pay

$16 to $18 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome customers.
  • Answer incoming phone calls.
  • Handle all cash, check, and credit card transactions.
  • Handle all mail duties.
  • Maintain cleanliness of office, bathrooms, and parking area.
  • Contact customers with outstanding balances.
  • Prepare sales and inventory reports.
  • Attend events as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work well with others.
  • Ability to work on weekends.
  • Motivated, hardworking, dependable.
