The Operations & Training Specialist will be responsible for creating and implementing in-depth training programs and materials, identifying training needs within the company, and determine the best training solutions.
The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in training programs, employee engagement, process improvement, or process mapping.

- Create and implement in-depth training programs and materials.
- Identify training needs within the company by collaborating with department managers and specialists.
- Determine best training solutions by thoroughly assessing areas of need throughout company.
- Maintain records of training and development programs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience developing, implementing and presenting training programs in a corporate setting.
- Previous experience training a diverse group of workers.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while meeting deadlines.
