Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:30pmLocation

$14 to $17 an hourResponsibilities
- Greet visitors as they walk in.
- Answer phone calls and relay messages.
- Schedule meetings.
- Handle all invoicing duties.
- Perform data entry.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with QuickBooks preferred (training offered).
- Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable and hard working.
