Our client is seeking an accounting professional to join their team as a Payroll Specialist. In this role, you will handle all aspects of the payment process by generating payroll reports, maintaining payroll records and processing payroll for employees.
Qualified candidates will have their associate degree in accounting or related financial field.

$15 to $25 an hourResponsibilities
- Assist payroll and billing departments.
- Update payroll deductions, corrections, withholdings and other records.
- Verify payroll hours and wages deductions.
- Generate weekly, monthly, annual reports.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in accounting or related financial field required.
- Prior accounting experience required.
- Able to complete tasks in a timely fashion, organized, and detailed-oriented.
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Able to communicate effectively.
