A local credit union is looking for a Facilities Specialist to assist with the day-to-day tasks for all of their locations. In this role, you will perform routine maintenance checks and perform duties such as changing light bulbs, painting, and plumbing.
The ideal candidate will have their high school diploma/GED equivalent with two years of previous experience in related field.

$36,000 to $53,500 a yearResponsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance across all locations.
- Oversee and assist with the janitorial staff and supplies.
- Schedule repairs, upgrades and maintenance services.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all locations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED equivalent with two years of previous experience in related field.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
- Ability to work individually and in a team environment.
- Ability to pass pre-employment state and federal background check and drug test.
