One of Hawaii's largest real estate companies is seeking an accounting professional who will be responsible for approximately 10 properties of various types, sizes and tenancies. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate financial statements, processing payments, preparing annual budgets, and generating correspondences for delinquent accounts.
The ideal candidate will have their bachelor's degree in accounting and minimum of 3 years of experience in analyzing financial statements.

$40,000 to $55,000 a yearResponsibilities
- Process remote deposits and track rent payments.
- Report specified rent payments to the appropriate personnel.
- Record the deposits in the check registers.
- Obtain appropriate approvals.
- Prepare financial statements, annual budgets and CAM recaps.
- Generate correspondences for delinquent accounts.
- Generate various financial reports.
- Reconcile accounts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in analyzing financial statements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must be able to use 10-key by touch
- Ability to type 40 wpm.
- Ability to complete General Excise Tax returns (periodic and annual reconciliation).
