Appliance store in Honolulu is looking for a qualified candidate to assist their team while one of their employees is on a leave of absence. They are looking for someone ASAP to allow time to get trained.
On-site parking will be provided.
HoursFull-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
LocationKalihi, Honolulu, Oahu
Pay$20 an hour
- Place orders and modify existing orders for customers as needed.
- Create and process sales in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate inventory systems.
- Greet walk-in customers and assist them as needed when salesperson is not available.
- Assist with light bookkeeping tasks.
- Handle all administrative duties for the sales team, including scheduling client conferences and meetings.
- Perform data entry duties.
- Report any unusual activity to supervisors.
- Work with service companies to initiate and monitor warranty service requests.
- Perform other duties as required.
- At least 1 year of sales and/or customer service experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, or related software, and emailing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Motivated with the ability to self-manage and take initiative.
