Client Care Specialist

We have an immediate opening for a Client Care Specialist. In this crucial role, you will maintain an open communication stream with clients and help resolve customer concerns and questions.

Applicants for this role should have two years of practical client service and/or human resources experience or a degree in HR.

Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm

Location

Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$24 an hour

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming phone calls, take accurate messages, and follow up or transfer to the appropriate personnel.
• Work with existing clients on solutions to request.
• Manage and track deliverables on a client-level basis.
• Generate and schedule report requests and work compensation certificate requests.
• Manage and maintain workers' comp related communications with broker.
• Populate contract templates and addendums.
• Schedule internal meetings and take notes.
• Assist with year-end processes (W2, file updates, year-end reports).
• Properly maintain the customer database.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of practical client services/HR experience or a college degree in HR.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Salesforce experience a plus.
• Superb customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Articulate verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems practically and utilize conflict resolution skills.
• Highly detail oriented.
