A local construction supply business is seeking a customer service professional who will be engaged in learning about their products/services and thoroughly explain them to customers.

This role has a guaranteed monthly draw with unlimited earning potential and various bonus opportunities!


Full-time, 8:30am-5:30pm (Weekends and holidays as needed)


Sand Island, Honolulu, Oahu


  • Educate and offer design choices for potential home remodel clients.
  • Obtain space measurements to assure accurate product orders and a smooth installation of the complete remodel experience.
  • Assist with store management, supervision, and policy implementation.
  • Take payments, process returns, and answer any questions customers may have.
  • Print and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Monitor catalogs, brochures, warranties and coupons.
  • Maintain the showroom.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, administrative assistance/office, or sales is preferred.
  • Available during weekends and holidays.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.).
  • Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
