Seeking a full-time opening for an Accounting Clerk! As the Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for assisting the entire accounting department with daily tasks and special projects. You will be working with a lot of numbers so you must be highly organized and detail oriented.

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm


Honolulu, Oahu


$17 to $18 an hour


  • File documents and prepare folders for various accounting team areas.
  • Communicate with department members in person, email and phone to help with managing daily tasks.
  • Perform end of the week/month/year filing and assist with invoice distribution.
  • Assist with processing credit/account application and payments.
  • Carry out miscellaneous accounting tasks as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent general education degree (GED).
  • Some knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures.
  • Excellent office administration skills required.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
  • Must be detail-oriented and organized.
  • Ability to manage time and workload.
  • Must be able to lift banker boxes (up to 35 lbs).
