Seeking a full-time server for the restaurant team of a private resort in Kailua-Kona.
In this role you will be providing exceptional, professionally served meals and drinks for guests.

Hours
Full-time, varied hours. Must work weekends, nights and holidays.Location

$22 an hour, plus 18% pooled tipsResponsibilities
- Inspect assigned tables to ensure they are properly set and free of any soiled items.
- Provide prompt and courteous service to all guests at all times.
- Listen effectively to respond to questions or requests in a friendly manner.
- Maintain very detailed knowledge of all items on the menus.
- Comply with all restaurant policies and procedures and follow guidelines as stated in the training manuals.
- Make a positive contribution to the work environment through presentation of positive attitude, demonstration of cooperation and teamwork, and constructive approach to daily events.
Qualifications
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Must have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Must be able to work under pressure, multitask while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Must be able to lift to 30 pounds.
- Must be able to work weekends, evenings and holidays.
